These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the OctoMesh platform, including its APIs, routing systems, and related services. By using OctoMesh, users agree to be bound by these terms.
OctoMesh provides a task-level model routing system that dynamically selects and routes AI workloads across models and infrastructure providers. The platform integrates with third-party systems, including model APIs and compute providers, and therefore performance may depend on external services outside of OctoMesh’s direct control.
Users are responsible for all activity conducted under their accounts and must ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The platform may not be used for unlawful activities, including violations of intellectual property rights, misuse of data, or attempts to disrupt system integrity. OctoMesh reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of misuse or non-compliance.
OctoMesh includes optimization capabilities that analyze workloads, benchmark models, and adjust routing strategies. Users acknowledge that optimization processes may involve increased initial usage due to experimentation, evaluation, and routing adjustments. These processes are necessary to determine optimal configurations for cost and performance.
All fees associated with optimization, benchmarking, and routing experimentation are non-refundable. Users agree that these costs are inherent to the service. After optimization, subsequent API usage may benefit from significantly reduced costs, which in some cases may reach up to ninety-nine percent savings depending on workload characteristics. However, OctoMesh does not guarantee specific cost reductions or performance outcomes.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. OctoMesh does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific performance levels. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OctoMesh shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
OctoMesh reserves the right to modify or update these terms and the platform at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
